Wellness Care
Recovery support—with care that’s guided, not assumed
Guided care for getting back to baseline.
Baseline Medical brings NP-led care to you when recovery is taking longer than expected. Every visit begins with clinical evaluation and may include supportive therapies selected with you when appropriate.
Care Overview
Recovery-focused care may be helpful when you are past the most acute phase of illness, travel, or physical stress but still do not feel back to baseline. Care begins with understanding how you're feeling and determining what support may be appropriate.
Wellness Guidance
Support that can be tailored to how you feel
Recovery care starts with understanding how you’re feeling, what may be slowing your return to baseline, and what support may help clinically. Some visits may include hydration or supportive therapies when appropriate.
Selected together
Support is not assumed and not pre-packaged. During your visit, we help you understand the options and select what fits best based on your goals, how you feel, and what is clinically appropriate.
Hydration support
Fluids may be considered when hydration support may help improve recovery or overall stability.
Vitamin support
NP-guided vitamin options may be included to support recovery and energy levels when appropriate.
Wellness shots
Some visits may include supportive injections selected together based on your symptoms and the clinical plan for recovery.
Advanced options
Additional supportive therapies may be considered in select cases when they align with recovery goals and clinical appropriateness.
Important Safety Note
When Baseline Care is not appropriate
Some symptoms require urgent or emergency evaluation and should not be managed through an in-home recovery visit.
Seek emergency care for
Severe confusion, fainting, chest pain, trouble breathing, severe abdominal pain, suspected shock, or symptoms that feel rapidly unstable.
A higher-acuity next step may be needed when
Symptoms are worsening, not improving, or raise concern for a more serious underlying condition.

Single Coordinated Visit
A structured care model that brings RN care and virtual NP guidance together in one visit.
Care Model
How care is delivered
Baseline Care uses a structured Single Coordinated Visit to deliver medical care directly to you, where life happens.
Baseline Care Medical Assessment
Our RN comes to your home, hotel, or office and performs the in-person assessment, extensive vitals, and clinical workflow that starts the visit.
NP Joins Visit Virtually
Our NP joins the visit on the provider device to advise on treatment planning, symptom support, and prescribing decisions during care.
RN Administered
The RN carries out NP orders during the visit to help you recover in the comfort of your home, hotel, office, or other location of your choosing.
Baseline Care
Treatment Approach
When recovery is taking longer than expected, patients often seek support, but care should still be guided by what is medically appropriate. During the visit, the NP works with you to understand what may be slowing recovery and determines what support may help based on your overall condition.
Selected with you
Support is not pre-set or assumed. Options are explained clearly and selected together based on what is safe, appropriate, and most likely to help.
Hydration and IV support
IV fluids may be used when hydration support may help improve recovery, restore fluid balance, or support overall stability.
Symptom-directed support
When appropriate, the NP may guide supportive care based on what may be contributing to delayed recovery and what is clinically indicated.
Vitamins and supportive additions
Vitamins or other supportive options may be included when appropriate, based on your recovery needs and the overall plan for the visit.
Treatment is guided by the NP and delivered by the RN when appropriate. IV therapy is one part of care, not the identity of the visit.
