Wellness Care

When hangover symptoms hit, care should meet you where you are

Guided care for dehydration, headache, and post-alcohol symptoms.

Baseline Medical brings NP-led care to you when hangover symptoms like dehydration, headache, or nausea are affecting how you feel. Every visit begins with clinical evaluation and may include supportive therapies selected with you when appropriate.

Care Overview

Hangover-focused care may be helpful when symptoms like dehydration, headache, or nausea are affecting how you feel after alcohol consumption. Care begins with understanding your symptoms and determining what support may be appropriate.

Wellness Guidance

Support that can be tailored
to how you feel

Hangover care starts with understanding your symptoms, what may be contributing to how you feel, and what support may help clinically. Some visits may include hydration or supportive therapies when appropriate.

Selected together

Support is not assumed and not pre-packaged. During your visit, we help you understand the options and select what fits best based on your goals, how you feel, and what is clinically appropriate.

Hydration support

Fluids may be considered when dehydration is contributing to symptoms like headache, fatigue, or dizziness.

Vitamin support

NP-guided vitamin options may be included to support energy levels and symptom recovery when appropriate.

Wellness shots

Some visits may include supportive injections selected together based on your symptoms and the clinical plan for care.

Advanced options

Additional supportive therapies may be considered in select cases when they align with symptom relief and clinical appropriateness.

Important Safety Note

When Baseline Care is not appropriate

Some symptoms require urgent or emergency evaluation and should not be managed through an in-home hangover visit.

Seek emergency care for

Severe confusion, fainting, chest pain, trouble breathing, severe abdominal pain, suspected shock, or symptoms that feel rapidly unstable.

A higher-acuity next step may be needed when

Symptoms are worsening, not improving, or raise concern for a more serious underlying condition.

Care Model

How care is delivered

Baseline Care uses a structured Single Coordinated Visit to deliver medical care directly to you, where life happens.

Baseline Care Medical Assessment

A Registered Nurse comes to your home, hotel, or office and performs an in-person assessment, including vitals and clinical evaluation to begin the visit.

NP Joins Visit Virtually

A Nurse Practitioner joins the visit virtually to guide diagnosis, symptom support, and treatment decisions based on your condition.

RN Administered

The Registered Nurse carries out Nurse Practitioner orders during the visit to support recovery and symptom relief where appropriate.

Baseline Medical

Baseline Care

Treatment Approach

When hangover symptoms like dehydration, headache, or nausea are affecting how you feel, patients often seek relief, but care should still be guided by what is medically appropriate. During the visit, the NP works with you to understand your symptoms and determines what support may help based on your overall condition.

Selected with you

Support is not pre-set or assumed. Options are explained clearly and selected together based on what is safe, appropriate, and most likely to help.

Hydration and IV support

IV fluids may be used when dehydration is contributing to symptoms like headache, fatigue, or dizziness and may help improve overall stability.

Symptom-directed support

When appropriate, the NP may guide supportive care based on hangover-related symptoms and what is clinically indicated.

Vitamins and supportive additions

Vitamins or other supportive options may be included when appropriate, based on your symptoms and the overall plan for the visit.

Treatment is guided by the NP and delivered by the RN when appropriate. IV therapy is one part of care, not the identity of the visit.
