What We Treat
Immune support at home
Modern care that meets you where you are.
Baseline Medical provides mobile medical care for non-urgent illness visits that come to you. Immune support care focuses on patients who feel run down, are early in an illness, or are not recovering as expected. Our team evaluates your symptoms at home and provides clinician-led guidance and support based on your condition.
Quick Clinical Overview
Immune support care may be appropriate when you feel run down, are early in an illness, or are not recovering as expected. Evaluation focuses on understanding whether symptoms represent a developing illness or a recovery issue that may benefit from clinical care.
Symptom Impact
When feeling run down starts affecting recovery
Immune support care may be appropriate when you are not bouncing back as expected, feel physically run down, or seem to be entering an early phase of illness that is becoming harder to manage on your own.
Run-down feeling
You feel low on energy, physically worn down, or not like yourself, even after rest and time to recover.
Early illness concern
Symptoms suggest you may be getting sick or are in the early phase of an illness, and you want a clearer clinical read on what is happening.
Slow recovery
Recovery feels stalled, and usual self-care is no longer enough to help you return to baseline.
How Baseline Care Helps
Clinical care at home when you need immune support evaluation
Baseline Medical provides clinician-led evaluation at home when you feel run down, are early in an illness, or are not recovering as expected. Care focuses on understanding your condition and guiding appropriate next steps.
Baseline Care helps when
You need a clinical evaluation of why you feel run down
Symptoms are unclear, persistent, or not improving, and you need a better understanding of what is affecting your recovery.
You need clinician-guided support
Care is determined based on your symptoms, history, and clinical findings—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
You need clarity on recovery and next steps
Baseline Care helps determine what can be safely managed at home and when further evaluation is appropriate.
Lower acuity than
The ER or hospital, where severe instability, emergency treatment, imaging, or hospital-level escalation may be needed.
More hands-on than
A telemedicine-only visit, because Baseline Medical brings an in-person RN assessment and structured mobile care workflow to you.
When Baseline Care is not appropriate
Some symptoms require urgent or emergency evaluation. Seek immediate care for severe or rapidly worsening illness, confusion, fainting, difficulty breathing, chest pain, or symptoms that feel significantly different from your normal baseline.
If symptoms are escalating, not improving, or raise concern for a more serious underlying condition, emergency evaluation is the safer next step.
Care Model
How care is delivered
Baseline Care uses a structured Single Coordinated Visit to deliver medical care directly to you, where life happens.
Baseline Care Medical Assessment
Our Registered Nurse comes to your home, hotel, or office and performs the in-person assessment, extensive vitals, and clinical workflow that starts the visit.
NP Joins Visit Virtually
Our Nurse Practitioner joins the visit on the provider device to advise on treatment planning, symptom support, and prescribing decisions during care.
RN Administered
Our Registered Nurse carries out clinician-ordered care during the visit to help you recover in the comfort of your home, hotel, office, or other location of your choosing.

Baseline Care
Treatment Approach
Immune support care is guided by your symptoms, recovery pattern, and overall clinical condition. During the visit, the Nurse Practitioner evaluates what is medically appropriate and determines what support may be helpful.
Cause-based evaluation
Care begins with understanding whether symptoms are related to early illness, delayed recovery, physical stress, or another underlying factor.
Supportive treatment and recovery support
Treatment may include hydration support, symptom-directed care, and clinician-selected supportive therapies such as vitamins or other additives when appropriate for your condition.
Clinician-guided care decisions
All treatments are determined by our Nurse Practitioner based on your symptoms and clinical findings, and may be administered by our Registered Nurse during the visit.
Treatment is always clinician-guided and conditional. IV therapy and vitamins may be used in some cases, but are not the starting point or identity of care.
